Description:
Reduce tire shimmy and driver fatigue, increase steering control and look good doing it with Superlift's advanced steering stabilizer kits.
Steering stabilizers allow full, unrestricted gradual movement while resisting sudden shock that can throw your vehicle off course. The result is better driving control and less "fighting" the wheel to keep your rig on the road.
Steering stabilizer kits are perfect for all driving conditions (especially when running oversized tires).
Choose from three configurations depending on your vehicle, desired performance and looks:
Original Equipment Replacement - single cylinder that replaces your factory steering stabilizer piece. Available for vehicles with stock steering stabilizers only.
Single Kit - single cylinder and mounting hardware for vehicles not equipped OE stabilizers.
Dual Kit - recommended for trucks with extra-large tires. Dual cylinders and mounting hardware for vehicles not equipped with OE stabilizers.

| Bought this around December of '06 and installed on my F250. When I pulled the shocks out of the box, I noticed the paint job on them to be really bad, pitted with bare metal showing. I didn't think that it would affect things too badly, but was wrong. 2 weeks after installation they were nothing but pieces of rust with stickers on them. It is now the beginning of July, and they have totally failed. The absorbers do nothing but cause the truck to pull to the left, due to one total failure. There are no replacements shown on the ordering page, so now I must hunt down the correct replacement. |
