Affiliates are prohibited from forcing clicks or bidding on the keywords "Stylin Concepts," "Stylin Trucks," or any combinations, variations or misspellings in search engines, shopping portals, or search engine registration techniques including, but not limited to, inclusion in meta tags. Affiliates are also prohibited from registering domain names utilizing any variations of StylinConcepts.com or StylinTrucks.com, including misspellings, hyphenations, or variations of the URL suffix including but not limited to .net, .org, .cc or .tv.
Affiliates may use any banners, graphics and text links provided through the affiliate network to promote referrals to StylinTrucks.com. However, the purpose of the affiliate relationship is to generate sales and increased customer traffic to our site by leveraging the traffic generated by affiliate sites through its normal advertising programs, brand awareness and value proposition. Use of the StylinTrucks.com brand to generate traffic to an affiliate's site or redirecting traffic to another site is inconsistent with the basic purpose of this program.
Stylin' Trucks encourages affiliates to incorporate its banners, links and product information in valid e-mail newsletters. However, all e-mails must be opt-in, and must comply with relevant local, state and federal laws relating to SPAM, or unsolicited e-mail. Affiliates may not send e-mails, or e-mail newsletters on behalf of Stylin' Trucks, "sponsored" by Stylin' Trucks, nor purporting or visually appearing to be from Stylin' Trucks.
Acceptance into the Stylin' Trucks Affiliate Program does not represent endorsement, either explicit or implied, of the content, behavior or business actions of an affiliate. Stylin' Trucks reserves the right to discontinue an affiliate relationship at any time without notice. Stylin' Trucks also reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
