Q: I have been looking for an inexpensive way to increase my gas mileage. I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado, 3 door 1500 ext cab with a 5.3L auto trans. What suggestions do you have?
A: There are a few ways to increase your gas mileage without breaking the bank. We recommend using an aftermarket high-flow intake and a Tornado Air System. A power programmer is a great way to increase your fuel mileage as well. These parts will eventually pay for themselves with the gains you receive from putting them on your truck.
