2003 Chevy Silverado Drop

Q: I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado. I dropped it with a DJM 4" Control Arm in the front and a DJM 6" flip kit in the rear. Can I change this to a 3" drop in the front and a 5" drop in the rear?

A: If this is what you have and you no longer have the stock parts, you are limited to the changes you will be able to make. We do not have a kit that will achieve a 3" front drop and a 5" rear drop. What I recommend is going with a DJM kit part number K2599L1. This will give you a 2" front drop and a 4" rear drop. You will have to put the rear axle back under the leaf springs and change the lower front control arms. You may have to buy stock U-bolts for the rear springs if the old ones are not long enough. This is your best option without having to find stock control arms.
